Data Support Analyst

1. Monitor and analyse the quality of data received from various bookmakers, ensuring accuracy and reliability in real time.
2. Collaborate with the technical team to identify and implement improvements in data collection processes, contributing to the overall enhancement of data quality.
3. Independently troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data discrepancies, utilizing problem-solving skills and adhering to established protocols.
4. Develop and maintain a comprehensive mapping of data, particularly focused on markets within bookmakers, utilizing regular expressions in programming languages for effective data parsing.
5. Provide timely and effective assistance to customers, documenting and addressing issues raised by users of our services, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
6. Collaborate with the development team to enhance customer support tools and resources, contributing to a more efficient problem-resolution process.

1. In-depth knowledge of various sports, including understanding betting rules, and types of markets.
2. Upper-Intermediate English level.
3. Attention to detail, and ability to work with large volumes of data.
4. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask effectively.
5. Adaptable and quick to learn new technologies and methodologies.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with team members and clients.
   

Will be a plus:

1. Experience in customer support or a client-facing role.

Work Schedule:

1. 40-hour work week.
2. Flexible working hours.
3. It is mandatory to cover one of the weekends (Saturday or Sunday).
