Junior Product Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Product Support Specialist.

Responsibilities:
  1. Monitoring the quality of data received from bookmakers.
  2. Creating tasks to improve data quality and their verification.
  3. Independent problem-solving following instructions or using logic.
  4. Data mapping (primarily mapping markets in bookmakers using regular expressions in programming languages).
  5. Assisting clients, primarily identifying and addressing issues raised by users of our services.
Requirements:
  1. Knowledge of the main types of sports (rules, tournaments).
  2. Having experience as a player in a bookmaker’s office, understand concepts like total, handicap, and odds.
  3. Theoretical knowledge and, preferably, practical experience in beating a bookmaker.
  4. Attention to detail, diligence, and the ability to work with large volumes of data.

Work schedule:

  1. Rotating weekly schedule:
    • 1st week: 5 days on weekdays;
    • 2nd week: 6 days (5 on weekdays and Saturday);
    • 3rd week: 5 days on weekdays;
    • 4th week: 6 days (5 on weekdays and Sunday).
  2. Weekdays: 4 to 8 hours a day (4 according to a specific schedule, the remaining hours are flexible).
  3. Saturday: from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Sunday: from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
  4. A total of 40 hours per week.
  5. Work on holidays is paid at 1.5 times the regular rate.
