About the role:

We are looking for a Product Owner with a strong delivery mindset to drive the development of the OddsMarket platform.

This role is focused on execution and delivery. You will work closely with the engineering team to ensure product initiatives are clearly defined, properly scoped, and delivered efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  1. Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization and structured delivery.
  2. Work closely with the development team to deliver features and improvements in a predictable and efficient way.
  3. Break down product initiatives into well-defined tasks and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  4. Ensure proper scope management and MVP thinking, focusing on delivering value without unnecessary complexity.
  5. Facilitate and support Scrum processes.
  6. Analyze the impact of delivered features using data (adoption, usage, conversion, error rates) and adjust priorities accordingly.
  7. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product initiatives align with business goals and market needs.
  8. Drive a strong delivery culture within the development team.
Requirements:
  1. 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Delivery Manager working closely with engineering teams.
  2. Strong experience with Agile / Scrum product development and delivery processes.
  3. Strong backlog management skills.
  4. Solid understanding of MVP thinking, scope management, and product prioritization.
  5. Experience collaborating closely with software engineering teams.
  6. Strong analytical and communication skills.
  7. English level B2 or higher.

Nice to Have

  1. Experience in the iGaming / sports betting industry (sportsbook, trading, risk management, betting data providers, or similar).
  2. Background working with B2B SaaS products.
